Great "Vibe" in the store. Sacha was a tremendous resource navigating the proc & cons of the available equipment selection. She explained about fit & function, correct sizing, etc. Very helpful and a lovely person. Then the signups and into the classroom...and the pool.

Our instructor was Kathy. This young woman is really a star. She is perfectly, supremely confident and in charge. After the first 4 hour class, I understood that she is someone to rely on. She is endlessly patient and professional in her knowledge of the subject.

Kathy is tireless in her desire to see her students do well and have a "good time." She is impartial, all inclusive and worked with each of us at the place and pace necessary. She is the best! I have nothing but gratitude for her kindness and sympathy for us all. She made sure that we were all OK at all times.

I'm a geezer who's last contact with scuba diving was Lloyd Bridges. I actually owned one of those snorkels with the ping pong balls. I think I was 12. So the certification program at OFD is a source of pride and confidence...

The people at OFD make deep water diving a safe and pleasant reality. I'm grateful for my experience at Ocean First Divers and will recommend it to others.

Recently, I traveled to Curacao on a trip lead by Kathy Gagliardo. Her skill as a dive leader, pleasant disposition and attention to detail, both before and during the trip, made for a very rich and pleasurable experience. I look forward to future trips and diving with her again.
 
Prior to the trip, Bruce Goodwin (who was also on the Curacao trip) was very helpful during a checkout of my equipment. Even though I was using a Sherwood regulator not serviced by your store he was willing to check it out on his test equipment. He found a problem with the 1st stage which I was able to have corrected before we departed. This undoubtedly made my dives safer and more enjoyable.
 
Please commend these individuals for their good work.

As a diver of 30+ years, with a background in oceanography and marine biology, I look for a dive shop that can bring more to the game than snorkels and a regulator check. Ocean First Divers is superb! They blend a high level of competent service, skilled assistance with training, an exciting menu of exotic travel...and they can deliver the snorkel too. Above all, Graham, Amy, Sage, Sacha, Kathy and the rest of the OFD team have a passion for educating and enrolling the public in appreciating and conserving our ocean resources. I encourage divers of all levels to visit the Boulder shop and experience their passion.

I wanted to tell you that both Daren and I (and his brothers) had a wonderful experience at your shop!  The pool, the instructors, the shop, was all fantastic.  Thank you!

Thank you, Sacha, very much for all your patience and hard work on the trip to Key Largo! I know it was a tough job, but somebody had to do it. The trip was well done, good company and good diving.

I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that we thought Dan and George were awesome! One of the girls had an issue clearing her mask, then her problems escalated from there. George took the time to work with her one-on-one and made her experience great!

It could have turned out bad for her (Brandi), but thanks to George she had a great time!  I just wanted to pass that along to you and thank you again for everything!

I was in on Monday and spoke with Sacha. She was very helpful, patient with all my questions and really helped me figure out the right things for what I was trying to accomplish with regards to equipment and certifications. The only real problem I had was getting distracted by her utterly charming smile, but I suppose that's a problem with my dive shop that I can find a way to live with ;) Thanks for a good experience. Looking forward to the certification class.

You guys have been terrific! Not only did I have fun taking the refresher course last night led by Tony, but you went above and beyond honoring my VERY OLD gift certificates from the Scuba Joe days. I'm excited to be diving again and can't wait to put on my new Henderson suit. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
