Merchandise Returns & ExChanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or merchandise credit within 60 days of purchase. Ocean First Divers does not offer refunds at this time. Used equipment are nonrefundable.
To return or exchange an item purchased on oceanfirstdivers.com, please follow the steps below.
- Make sure all tags are intact. Fill out the Returns section of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. If an exchange is desired, please fill out the exchange information and include your credit card number
- Please send all returns, including the invoice to:

- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to our section below on Damaged Items.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 full business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
Please note: Only products purchased on jouercosmetics.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged Merchandise
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact Customer Service immediately at info@oceanfirstdivers.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Trip reservation changes, Cancellation and Refunds
A minimum of $100 per person will be charged for cancellation once deposit has been made.
Changes made to the reservation may result in additional fees. Cancellation 180 days or more prior to departure will result in a full refund. Cancellation 179 days or less prior to departure, the original deposit will be forfeited as well as any penalties from the vendors. Cancellation 119 days or less prior to departure, or if you are a no-show, no refunds will be given. |
