Air Temperature: 70-90F Water Temperature: 78-82 F Bonaire is one of the five islands forming the Dutch Antilles located in the southern Caribbean near Aruba. The island is world renowned for it's excellent scuba diving and is consistently rated among the best diving and snorkeling locations in the world. The Bonaire National Marine Park extends to 200ft of depth; it covers an area of 6672 acres and forms one of the greatest snorkeling and diving reefs in the world.

The Diving

On average Bonaire's visibility exceeds 100ft and the water temperature does not fluctuate much on either side of 80F. The fringing reef begins close to the shore, usually a short 30ft swim or less making Bonaire world renowned for its ease of shore diving. Bonaire's waters have something special for every diver. Novice divers will appreciate the calm waters, reefs that run parallel to the shore, and minimal currrent. All divers can enjoy the freedom of unlimited shore diving, making as many divers as they'd like per day. Our package includes a truck rental for divers to pick up either air or Nitrox tanks at the Drive Thru dive shop, making your dive trip a breeze! The protected marine park offers fantastic diving for everyone, regardless of experience level!

Our Accommodations

The lodging at Buddy Dive Resort is focused on active divers who want a combination of freedom and some structure to their holiday. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, air conditioning, balconies or patios, and access to one of two swimming pools. The resort is centrally located with easy access to the dive center, hotel restaurants, shore diving, and is just a 5-10 minute drive to town. The resort also has internet access for guests in case you need to check in at home while you're on vacation! Buddy Dive Resort is a diver's dream resort.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

A minimum of $100 per person will be charged for cancellation once deposit has been made.

If you make changes to the reservation it may result in additional fee. Cancellation 180 days or more prior to departure a refund will be given based on reselling your space less any penalties by the vendors. Cancellation 179 days or less prior to departure, the original deposit will be forfeited as well as any penalties from the vendors. Cancellation 119 days or less prior to departure, or if you are a no-show, no refunds will be given.

A passport is required for travel to destinations outside of the U.S.
